This is shared in a meeting with the trainee, and the Social Worker. This allows everyone involved to be aware of what the trainee needs to think about, or practice before their next stay.\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85e3829 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85e3829\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAt the end of the three phases a report is compiled which demonstrate whether the young person is deemed ready to live independently. The Social Worker will use this report to help inform them of the most suitable housing option, for the young person. Young people are encouraged to develop their independence skills through a weekly structured framework.<\/p><p>A matching assessment is undertaken, with each resident before placement, to ensure that residents are protected and their experience is positive.
